I was really looking forward to watch the Thai twins on German ground.
Sanchai and Sonchat really looked good in their style of playing doubles tennis, though they both stood at the baseline quite often. Nevertheless, they could not take advantage of the wrong positioning of their opponents and were unable to put them under pressure. Apart from that, they sometimes just looked too small in some lobbing situations.
I just watched the first set of this match. Sanchai and Sonchat did not have any problems with their own serve until the eleventh game of the set. Senchai was to serve, was 15-40 back and got broken. Unfortunaltely, I just could not stand any more and did not watch the second set any more. Due to my interest in Asian tennis, here are some more pictures of the Thai pairing.
