In this first women's four nations match in Klagenfurt, Austria, Germany's young girls faced Team Hungary. Overall, Hungary was the better team in a match which was played defensively by both squads. Nevertheless, Hungary was lucky to tie the score in the final minute after Germany had taken the lead in the 55th minute by an own goal.
