Lilli Schwarzkopf, who was places sixth after day 1, had fantastic second day and especially overpowered all other athletec in the javelin throw, where she threw six metres more than any other contestant. Jennifer Oeser became second in the overall ranking, while Sonja Kesselschläger surprisingly was third.
