In this derby between the two Rhineland Second Ladies' Soccer Premier teams, Brauweiler, who beat Hamburg 12-0 the weekend before, were the definite favourites. Brauweiler got the early lead in the 4th minute and put the hosting team under pressure all the time. Nevertheless, Oberaußem hit the crossbar in the 34th minute, after Brauweiler increased the lead to three goals in the 21st and 25th minute. Shortly before halftime, Brauweiler Marianna Ciorba scored two more goals for the 5:0 halftime lead.
After a period of high pressure, in which the guest scored two more goals at the beginning of second half, the enourmous heat weakenend both teams' players. Brauweiler hit the crossbar twice in second period and got the 8:0 final goal by an Oberaußem own goal in the 73th. After that, nothing really important happened any more, both teams just waited for the final whistle of the referees.
