Just before the German Ladies Club Final, the German Men national team faced England in a friendly match in order to prepare for the Hockey World Cup. The first half was the best hockey shown in Cologne this weekend with England leading 2:0 after 18 minutes, but Germany fought back and tied the score in the 25th minute. In the second half, Germany got a very early lead, but short after the end of the match, England tied the score again to finish an enjoyable hockey match.
