On June, 5th, 2004, I was at the German Premier League GFL for the first time. After a good first period with an early Berlin field goal lead which was tied by Hanover and an Adler touchdown, the match was full of errors. Ball possesion changed quite often. In second quarter, both teams scored a field goal each. Hanover managed to tie the score with a touchdown in third period, but a long field goal kick in the final quarter brought the guests the narrow victory.
Though the match was definitely the most attractive one in GFL history regarding the match quality, it was great fun watching this match.
